Full-Time Sales Associate – Lovesac

Lovesac is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers design furniture solutions that fit their lifestyle, build lasting relationships, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, demonstrating product features, managing quotes and follow-up communication, closing sales, maintaining store presentation standards, supporting inventory and daily operations, and contributing to team sales goals. Successful candidates are passionate about customer service, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Comfortable using technology, POS systems, and CRM tools
• Ability to lift and move furniture items up to 75 lbs.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-Time Position – Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15.00–$16.65 per hour
• Must be available to work Sundays
• Open availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
